A commitment to excellence and well-being

To ensure a safe workplace for all the individuals on-site in Centenario-Ratones, comprehensive safety protocols have been implemented, alongside stringent training program.
A comprehensive safety induction is the first step to engaging Eramine’s contractors, employees, and visitors regarding working safely on site. Moreover, technical training is tailored to the unique requirements of each employee's role. A training center was built in 2019 to optimize the production process, and it served as a training space to improve the performance of plant operators for the start of production.
To foster a supportive environment for employees, the home base plant offers top-tier facilities, including comfortable accommodations with cleaning services, well-appointed dining halls serving nutritious meals, round-the-clock medical services, and recreational amenities such as a gym and recreation room.
Safety remains paramount at Centenario-Ratones, with robust protocols in place to identify and mitigate risks effectively. An incident reporting procedure ensures swift resolution of safety concerns, while specific protocols for chemical handling and storage minimize the risk of accidents during material management. Additionally, the plant maintains a comprehensive Emergency Plan to guide response efforts in the event of an incident.
Eramine's proactive approach is further evidenced by its diligent monitoring of key safety indicators. For instance, construction on the plant has clocked up over 7 million hours worked, with an accident frequency rate of lower than 2: a remarkable achievement.
