Nanofiltration technology providing precision purification
Nanofiltration is a purification technique that uses a membrane to separate the calcium, magnesium and sulphate that are found with lithium in brine. It efficiently removes those elements while keeping them in a liquid state. This liquid is then recycled back into the lithium extraction process. This means there is no solid waste.
Let’s talk responsible extraction
Nanofiltration maintains everything in a dissolved state, avoiding solid waste generation. In conventional lithium mining processes, solid waste is generated when impurities are separated through chemical precipitation.
